March Challenge - One Layer

Hello, and welcome to the Christmas Craft Creations challenge for March!

This month our theme is One Layer - please make sure the theme is very clear in your project. One layer (or some call it "no layer") means that everything should be directly on the card base, with no additional layers on top of that. If you're not sure, you can't go wrong by avoiding taping or glueing anything on! We're looking for completely flat cards this time! We have lots of beautiful inspiration for you from our launch team.

This month's prize is a mystery destash prize pack donated by me, Charlotte/Lady Joyful!

When I was preparing for my international move I tried to pare down my supplies, with the plan to get rid of a lot, but ran out of time. So I have a number of mystery envelopes to give away. I'll be giving one away this month, and you may see others later in the year too! The envelopes are all packaged up already so I don't know what's in which, and will pick one at random, but they all contain stamps, papers, and may also have things like ink, ribbon, stamps, dies, etc. You can see in this video the contents of the various packs:

And here's the inspiration from the team:

We hope that inspires you to join in with our challenge! Be sure to come back in two weeks to see the inspiration from the reminder team.

If you entered last month's challenge, check back next week to see if you were a prize winner, DT favourite or honourable mention!

We look forward to seeing your gorgeous Christmas projects! The deadline for entering is Tuesday April 11th at 6pm GMT.

Reminder: You can find our rules in the sidebar. Please remember to include a link back to our blog along with our challenge graphic. If you're entering from Instagram, you can use the hashtag #ChristmasCraftCreations

  1. Good luck with the move. I hope it's not too stressful for your sweet cat. I took my cat from the UK to Saudi Arabia . He was upset for a few weeks.
