August Challenge - Non-Traditional Colours

Hello, and welcome to the Christmas Craft Creations challenge for August!

This month our theme is Non-Traditional Colours - please make sure the theme is very clear in your project. We have lots of colourful inspiration for you from our launch team.

This month's prize is a €10 gift card to the shop of the winner's choice (as long as they do gift cards!) generously donated by Arwen. The prize winner will be picked randomly from among those entrants who have followed all the rules. Rules are in the side bar if you need a refresher.

First, we are excited to have Melanie of Cards by Melanie joining us as a Guest Designer this month! Melanie was the winner of the June challenge. Here is the adorable card she made:

We have another new team member starting today. Please welcome the lovely and talented Ina. I hope you will give her a very warm welcome.

Here is the first card she's made for the challenge:

And here's the inspiration from the rest of the team:

(This is Maaike's last month with us. We're very sad to see her go, but wish her the best!)

(This is Tristan's last month with us. We're very sad to see her go, but wish her the best!)

We hope that inspires you to join in with our challenge! Be sure to come back in two weeks to see the inspiration from the reminder team.

If you entered last month's challenge, check back next week to see if you were a prize winner, DT favourite or honourable mention! Don't forget we had lots of great prizes up for grabs, so you won't want to miss it!

We look forward to seeing your wonderful Christmas projects! The deadline for entering is Tuesday September 7th at 6pm GMT.

Reminder: You can find our rules in the sidebar. Please remember to include a link back to our blog along with our challenge graphic. If you're entering from Instagram, you can use the hashtag #ChristmasCraftCreations
